What We Do
The City Assessor's office is
responsible for the valuation of all real and personal property located
within the City of Brookfield for property tax purposes. It is our
responsibility to ensure fair and equitable assessments throughout the City. Assessment
procedures are governed by Chapter 70 of the Wisconsin Statutes and the
Wisconsin Property Assessment Manual.
