General Information regarding Absentee Voting

Options for Voting in Brookfield (including In-Person Absentee Voting)

In-Person Absentee Voting for the City of Brookfield is always the two full weeks prior to Election Day, Monday-Friday.  Our hours are 8am to 5:00pm., daily.   No voting on weekends, holidays or the Monday immediately prior to Election Day.

Please note: the City of Brookfield processes all absentee ballots received at a Central Count Location.  You may return your absentee ballot to the Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 2000 North Calhoun Road, Brookfield WI 53005 by mail or personal delivery on or before the close of polls on Election Day.  The municipal Clerk will deliver voted ballots returned on or before Election Day to the proper counting location before the polls close on Election Day.   Any ballots received after polls close will not be counted.

The Number of Absentee Ballots Issued, Returned and Outstanding by Close of Polls on Election Day will be posted here by no later than 10 pm., on Election Day:
